大地時(shí)尚文化創(chuàng)意園占地13000㎡，項(xiàng)目位于朝陽(yáng)區(qū)高碑店文化街，緊鄰CBD、國(guó)貿(mào)；東臨東五環(huán)和高碑店多個(gè)文化園區(qū)、北靠八通線傳媒大學(xué)地鐵站，四惠交通樞紐站、南依綠意盎然的百花公園。兩廣路將穿插大地時(shí)尚文化創(chuàng)意園，與即將落戶通州區(qū)的北京市政府和國(guó)貿(mào)CBD實(shí)現(xiàn)直線辦公和零距離政策對(duì)應(yīng)。項(xiàng)目將打造“傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)+商務(wù)展示平臺(tái)+便利生活方式+集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)辦公”一體的特色創(chuàng)意園區(qū)。

The Dadi Fashion Cultural Creative Park covers an area of 13000 square meters, and the project is located on Gaobeidian Cultural Street in Chaoyang District, adjacent to CBD and Guomao; To the east are multiple cultural parks along the East Fifth Ring Road and Gaobeidian, to the north are the Communication University Subway Station on the Batong Line, the Sihui Transportation Hub Station, and to the south are the lush Baihua Park. The Liangguang Road will be interspersed with the Dadi Fashion Culture and Creative Park, corresponding to the Beijing Municipal Government and the International Trade CBD, which are about to settle in Tongzhou District, to achieve straight office and zero distance policies. The project will create a characteristic creative park that integrates traditional art and cultural industries, business exhibition platforms, convenient lifestyles, and group industry offices.
